RUMOR MILL - LATE START FOR PRO STOCK?
When NHRA distributed a letter to Pro Stock teams announcing an 18-race schedule for 2019, the underlying tones were that the schedule would lose two more races in 2020. If this comes to pass, the consensus floating around the rumor mill is that those two races will be the first two stops on the tour - Pomona and Phoenix, making the start of the 2020 NHRA Pro Stock tour in Gainesville, Fla. Just a rumor for now, but this one is steadily making the rounds.
