LE Tonglet, the 2010 NHRA world champion and a veteran of 20 NHRA national events, is set to re-enter the Pro Stock Motorcycle class for the 2024 season. Tonglet will ride a Suzuki Hayabusa as part of a lease agreement with the Vance & Hines team, with backing from Kenny Koretsky's diverse business portfolio, including Nitro Fish apparel, Maple Grove Raceway, and KPK Development.

"I'm really excited to be back and be on a bike that should be really competitive," Tonglet said. "This is a new bike, which I've never had before, and I can't wait to ride it," he added, highlighting the anticipation surrounding his return.

Having made sporadic appearances in recent NHRA seasons, Tonglet last won at the 2018 Dallas event, defeating then-teammate Jerry Savoie in the final round. Despite his intermittent presence, Tonglet remains confident in his abilities, looking forward to his upcoming races.

Koretsky, whose association with Tonglet dates back to his championship-winning season, has been instrumental in facilitating Tonglet's return to the Pro Stock Motorcycle class. Koretsky's partnership with Vance & Hines, coupled with his son Kyle's decision to take time off, created the opportunity for Tonglet's comeback.

"LE Tonglet has done a lot of great things for the Nitro Fish brand," Koretsky acknowledged, emphasizing his excitement for Tonglet's return. 

The collaboration with Vance & Hines solidifies Tonglet's prospects, highlighting the strategic significance of the deal.

Tonglet's Suzuki will introduce a new customer lease program from Vance & Hines, utilizing the same four-valve Suzuki engine as current factory riders Gaige Herrera and Richard Gadson. With tuning expertise from Eddie Krawiec and Andrew Hines, Tonglet's bike aims to be competitive right from the outset.

Tonglet's preparations for the upcoming season include testing at Gainesville Raceway on Wednesday, March 6, ahead of the season-opening Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals.
