Snyder Motorsports will sponsor the PDRA Top Dragster Low Qualifier Award.  Snyder will reward the number one spot after three rounds of qualifying with $300 for each of the eight races on the 2014 PDRA Tour.  Starting at the Inaugural Georgia Drags on May 9-10, the low qualifier will be honored during the pre-race ceremonies before the start of final eliminations on Saturday.

“It’s a simple program.  Bring your Top Dragster to the PDRA race, put the low qualifier decal on the car, qualify number one and collect your big check from Snyder Motorsports.  What’s not to love,” Mick Snyder, Snyder Motorsports Director of Marketing and driver of the Snyder Motorsports/Powersource Transportation PDRA Pro Extreme Corvette, explained.
 
“We are thrilled to be a part of the PDRA and to give back to the racers that help support it and Snyder Motorsports.”  Snyder continued, “We have a lot of quick Top Dragster customers with our Lencodrive Transmissions, Hemi Engines, Snyder-ized Coan Converters and our extensive line of parts.  It is always nice to be a part of our customers’ successes and promote our company at the same time.”
 
“It has been a crazy off season at Snyder Motorsports.  We have been extremely busy sending out parts and getting our customers ready for the 2014 season.”  Snyder explained, “Since the start of the PDRA Tour in Rockingham, it hasn’t slowed.  We are at every PDRA race supporting our customers with parts, service and tech support out of our Powersource Transportation race trailer.  This is just the next step to help out the racers and give back.”
 
PDRA Spring Open Top Dragster Number 1 Qualifier, Jody Stroud will benefit from the program as well.

“I know we didn’t get the final details worked out till after the Spring Open, but it only seems right to pay Jody for his efforts,” Snyder announced.  “Beginning at the Georgia Drags, the new decals will be available at the PDRA Racer Registration Trailer and the Snyder Motorsports/Powersource Transportation Pro Extreme Trailer.”
