The West Coast Outlaw Pro Mod Association will kick off their 2014 season today at Auto Club Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield

The West Coast Outlaw Pro Modified Association opens their 2014 season this weekend at Auto Club Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield, Ca.

The WCOPMA will be racing in conjunction with the National Hot Rod Diesel Association (NHRDA), an event that was a late addition to the schedule after the original season opening event was canceled for the March 1-2 weekend due to rain at Sonoma Raceway.

This competing in the one-day event include  Mike Maggio, Rod Burbage, Tim “TK” Krupa, Sean Renteria, Scott Oksas, Garrett Richards, John Durden, Rich Roberts and Jeremy Hanger will battle it out in a unique all run field. Adding to the challenge will be qualifying limited to one session.

Qualifying begins at 10 AM with an expected conclusion by 5 PM.
