Multiple sources have confirmed with CompetitionPlus.com that tuner Todd Smith will be tuning the Top Fuel dragster driven by Brittany Force in 2014. We are told to expect an official announcement sometime this week.

Smith, who tuned Jack Beckman to the 2012 NHRA Funny Car title, was relieved of his tuning duties following the NHRA Toyota Nationals in Las Vegas.

Smith joins the braintrust of John Force Racing which includes Jimmy Prock, Mike Neff, Ron Douglas, Dean Antonelli and John Medlen.

Force was voted NHRA's Rookie of the Year for 2013.
