Rickie Jones, one of NHRA's up and coming Pro Stock racers of the last two seasons, has unveiled his new path in drag racing starting in 2011.

Jones revealed in September on Attitude's CompetitionPlus.com that he was planning a move into the ADRL's Pro Nitrous division. Recently Jones' new ride, a 1969 Camaro built by RJ Race Cars, completed its first test session with nitrous veteran Shannon Jenkins doing the driving. The car is said to be a clone of the one Jenkins ran in 2010 albeit with a different paint scheme.

“We tested Rickie’s new car in Alabama and it went really good,” said Rick Jones, Rickie's father in an interview on ADRL.us. “I’m very happy with how it went.”
