In 2010 the NHRA shuffled the order of the long standing Western Swing of races on the Full Throttle Drag Racing Series moving the Denver NHRA event to the end of the swing. The three race sprint will now start in Seattle move to Sonoma, Calif. and then culminate in Denver at the end of July. For someone used to going straight down the racetrack at speeds in excess of 300 mph in her Castrol GTX Ford Mustang the change is welcome to Ashley Force Hood considering it will mean an almost straight shot south in her El Monte RV.

The pair will set off for Seattle, Washington, site of the 23rd annual NHRA Northwest Nationals (Jul 9-11), on Monday, July 5th from the John Force Racing headquarters in Yorba Linda, California. After the Seattle race they will hit the road for Sonoma, California, where Ashley will be racing at the 23rd annual FRAM Autolite NHRA Nationals (July 16-18) at Infineon Raceway in Sonoma, California. The final race before the couple return to California will be the 31st annual MOPAR Mile High Nationals (July 23-25) outside of Denver, Colorado.

The couple will travel over 2,200 miles and they will be travelling in style behind the wheel of a 2010 35 ft. Class A Bounder by Fleetwood.  It is loaded with luxury amenities.
