NHRA Get Screened America Pro Mod Challenge racer Tim Tindle will sit out the remaining 2010 season. The decision was a tough one for the Santa Rosas Beach, FL., team owner who had never missed an NHRA Pro Mod event since his career began in 2007. Based on the team’s recent performance, Tindle felt it was necessary to take a step back and regroup.

Based on the team’s recent performance, Tindle felt it was necessary to take a step back and regroup.

“Not qualifying for the last 2 races and the performance at the season start has been very disappointing for us, our sponsors, and our fans,” said Tindle.  “We’re going to take some time and re-evaluate our program, make necessary changes for improvement and then get back testing.  We will be back in full force in 2011.”

Tindle's will still drag race as he will be competing for $40,000 next weekend at the Super 7 Series, Montgomery Motorsports Park.
