Simply purchase qualifying Mickey Thompson tire products between May 1 and June 15, and send the invoice reflecting date of purchase along with the rebate claim form to the Mickey Thompson Rebate Processing Center. Make sure your rebate claim is post marked by July 15. This special offer is valid in the United States and Canada, and is void where prohibited.
