For nearly 25 years John Force has been racing all over North America in a Castrol sponsored Funny Car. Before Force joined the Castrol team he got his racing career kick-started in a storied match racing trip to Australia. As the 14-time NHRA Funny Car world champion put it he has “been on fire from here to Australia and raced down just about every track in the United States.” His level of passion is unmatched and his performance records will most likely never be equaled.

As the 2009 season comes to a close Castrol has launched a teaser site www.castrolforce.com to begin the upcoming 25th anniversary celebration between Castrol and John Force Racing. Fans can join the team to receive information and exclusive content throughout the 2010 season. The site was launched less than a month ago and it has already added thousands and thousands of team members from all over the world. The global response is both exciting and surprising. The interest has led the Castrol marketing team to expand the registration option on www.castrolforce.com to be more accommodating to international fans of John Force Racing and Castrol.

“Naturally Castrol is a global brand but we honestly we not expecting the global interest in John Force Racing. We knew John was popular around the world but the level of global interest has surprised even us. We have had people sign up from every continent but Antarctica and from countries in every corner of the planet whether they have race tracks or not. It is a tremendous response to the power of Castrol’s associate with John Force Racing as well as the personality of John Force himself,” said Lori Anne Gola, Castrol motorsports marketing manager.
