Goodyear Racing announced today that the two latest additions to the tiremaker’s new line of Goodyear Eagle SS DOT drag radials will be in the hands of race tire distributors before the end of the month.

The two tires follow the path of the first release, the D4305, which has already won a race and attracted attention of racers interested in winning.

The two tires follow the path of the first release, the D4305, which has already won a race and attracted attention of racers interested in winning.

The most recent releases are the D4306 (P325/50R15) and the D4300 (P235/60R15). Supplies of both products were making their way across the country by mid-month.

"It’s interesting to see how quickly this segment of the sport is growing,” said Carolyn Ashbee, Goodyear’s sales account manager for drag racing. “Goodyear has produced a line of Eagle SS DOT drag radials that is already a winner. We expect these two new releases will be as successful as the first.”

In the near future, Goodyear expects to release sizes for 16- and 17-inch rims.
