“Indy is a race where the racers bring their best and in the media should do the same,” said Bennett, who founded CompetitionPlus.com in September 1999.

“There are millions of stories that go untold each year at this race and our goal is to make a valiant effort to tell them all. We have assembled a talented group of reporters to search out what is going on at drag racing’s most prestigious event. I want to thank Bill Miller for this incredible opportunity.”

“Just like FOX news, CompetitionPlus.com is always fair and balanced,” said Bill Miller president and founder of BME. “I enjoy reading the website. CompetitionPlus.com goes to great lengths to produce a fair and quality written story. They have the leading electronic magazine for drag racing and that’s why I wanted to associate our company with this winning team.”

Also included in the event notebooks will be a daily diary from each of the leading professional and sportsman drag racers discussing their respective experiences from each day starting Friday. Those drivers will be Morgan Lucas (Top Fuel), Jack Beckman (Funny Car), Larry Morgan (Pro Stock), Karen Stoffer (Pro Stock Bike) and Tommy Johnson Jr. (Sportsman). The Pro Modified notebook driver had not been determined at the time of this posting.

Director of photography Roger Richards will chronicle the weekend in photography beginning on Wednesday and concluding on Monday.

Senior editor Jon Asher will also provide a news-related feature each day beginning on Friday and concluding on Tuesday with an event wrap up.

CompetitionPlus.com began publication on September 15, 1999 and on the first day attracted 100 unique visits. Today the site attracts millions of unique visitors annually.
