The powerful HyperPAC Performance Automotive Computer also allows Hemi owners to reprogram their vehicle’s onboard computer simply by touching the screen. The top speed limiter can be raised to match the speed rating of factory-approved high-performance tires. The Power Programmer also reads and clears Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) stored in the computer without expensive diagnostic computers or scan tools.

The HyperPAC also has advanced data acquisition and software programs that allow Hemi owners to test and verify performance accessories. For example, the Dynamometer feature generates accurate drive-wheel horsepower and torque graphs under real-world conditions and corrects the data to standard conditions. The Drag Strip function records acceleration data (elapsed times and speeds) during a test run and presents it in a choice of user-friendly formats. The Gauges function displays almost any engine operating parameter in analog or digital format. The Diagnostics feature displays Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC) recorded by the onboard computer with informative text descriptions, eliminating the need to look up code numbers to determine problems. It also clears DTCs after the problem is resolved.

The HyperPAC Performance Automotive Computer can be installed in minutes – without special tools or knowledge of computers. The HyperPAC plugs into the underdash diagnostic connector; the owner answers a few simple “Yes/No” questions, and the sophisticated software does the rest in about the time it takes to drink a cup of coffee. The HyperPAC uploads and stores the stock tuning, which can be restored at any time. The HyperPAC is emission legal in all 50 states and does not void the factory warranty.
