Quick Seat is a dry film lubricant that is applied to the cylinder wall prior to installing the piston and ring assembly into the cylinder.  This lubricant will aid in ring to cylinder break in while providing excellent lubrication properties.  It is available in 2 Gram and 14 Gram containers.  2 Grams will coat the cylinders of (2) V-8 Engines.  (Part Numbers – QS and QS14)

AL4 is an Assembly Lubricant that Total Seal developed for the initial lubrication of the Piston Rings and Pistons.  A few drops of AL4 on the rings and a few drops on the skirts of the pistons, is all that is required for assembly.  AL4 is designed to adhere to the piston and rings for many years of storage if needed.  Once the engine fires, the AL4 burns off clean without any residue that could cause rings to stick in the grooves.  AL4 comes in a 4 ounce squeeze bottle and is available in a 12 ounce version – AL12.

AL4 and QS can be purchased at a discounted rate as a kit. The kit part number is QP1.
