One lucky Texas Motorplex fan is going to have an epic fall season filled with events that end in Hollywood, Calif., at a gala awards show. 

All fans who purchase tickets to the 30th Anniversary AAA Texas NHRA Fall Nationals at the Motorplex, Oct. 15-18, before July 31 will be automatically entered to win a trip to California for more racing and big awards. 

The lucky will fan will receive airfare for two from Dallas to Los Angeles, five nights hotel accommodations, full event tickets for two to the Auto Club NHRA Finals in Pomona, Calif., as well as two tickets to the NHRA Awards Ceremony in Hollywood. There is also $500 in cash provided to the winner.

“We will notify the winner in August so they have plenty of time to pack for a whirlwind of excitement between the 30th Anniversary AAA Texas NHRA Fall Nationals at the Motorplex before they jet off to California,” Texas Motorplex General Manager Gabrielle Stevenson said. “We’ve never given away a trip like this but our staff and NHRA wanted to make this year’s event even more special.” 

The winner will be notified in August and travel will be arranged for the winner and their companion. More details will be announced on TexasMotorplex.com. 

Texas Motorplex was the first all-concrete stadium-style drag racing facility ever constructed. Built in 1986, Texas Motorplex has been the place of many drag racing milestones and world record performances.
