The Brownsburg Motorsport Network will hold its second annual Brownsburg Motorsport Open House Saturday, May 24, from 10 a.m. to 3:p.m., In Brownsburg, Ind. Many of Brownsburg's racing businesses, including John Force Racing, Don Schumacher Racing, David Powers Motorsports, and Gotham City Racing will open their doors to the public.

NHRA-related businesses that will be open include John Force Racing (three Funny Car teams and the Eric Medlen Tribute Room), Don Schumacher Racing (two Top Fuel teams and four Funny Car teams), David Powers Motorsports (two Top Fuel teams),  Gotham City Racing (Funny Car team).

Also open will be Team Apex Racing (Indy Lights and Formula ), Steve Eppard Racing (Indy Lights), Mathiasen Motorsports (Atlantic Championship), 600 Racing Midwest (Legends, Bandoleros, and Roadsters),. Pro Image-Design, chassis builder Bob East Racing, Indy Performance Composites, and powder coating specialist Jimmy Cowan Motorsports.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for the public to see the behind-the-scenes of racing for free.,” said Mike Green, coordinator of the event. “We welcome all race fans to take a look at what it takes to get the cars down the track every week.”

This year's event will include a silent auction of racing items.  The proceeds of the auction will go to local youth programs. The goal of the event is to attract local fans as well as fans that are in town for the Indianapolis 500 to show them what Brownsburg Motorsports is all about.
