Frankie Taylor is only a mad man when he gets behind the wheel of his PDRA Pro Extreme Corvette.

The Dickinson, Tex.-based Taylor earned the nickname for his willingness to drive to the out of control edge enough to win. He's been 5.4 seconds at nearly 270 miles per hour in a doorslammer and lived to tell about it.
