Rumors are afloat that a new eighth-mile drag strip will be built in the Ocala, Florida area, and it should be open and ready for racing by Spring of 2007. We've heard of at least one event that was postponed for later this year and rescheduled for April 2007 at this new Ocala track. More news will be available as we listen and learn.
