During the second round of qualifying at the NTK NHRA Carolina Nationals in Concord, NC, Pro Stock driver Alan Prusiensky’s 2018 Dodge Dart crossed the center line narrowly missing Chris McGaha before making contact with the retaining wall. His heavily damaged race car came to a stop alongside the wall.
Prusiensky exited the car under his own power. He was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation.
Steve Torrence remembers vividly the day his father Billy taught him how to drive a race car. Likewise, Billy remembers the day his kid taught him how to drive one too. #nhra - https://t.co/Vk2kUZleCr pic.twitter.com/aS6zFP0s4L
