Big O can take a big leap off the nearest cliff; this is typical big management structure in which they are seeking ways to generate revenue through an overpriced legal department. I commend Maskin and Dart for fighting the good fight and best of luck to them. This is not good for the industry and is obviously not an infringement on Big O or their (un)intellectual property.
