Past NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster champion Duane Shields will race in 2020 with backing from the Muscle Milk brand.

Shields, the 2011 NHRA Champion, will represent Muscle Milk in a multiyear agreement, starting with 20 events in the upcoming season.

Because Shields is a proven winner with seven Regional/Division Championships as well, securing a robust sponsorship package is one of the successful byproducts.

“In 2020, we have the funding, we have the right parts, and we have the best team to compete for another NHRA Top Alcohol championship,” Shields explained.

CleanBoost Performance Motor Oil has also joined the team.
