PSCA'S STREET CAR SUPERNATIONALS PREPARES FOR LONG SUNDAY

Mother Nature got the best of Day Three at the Street Car Super Nationals, the 2017 grand finale of the Premiere Street Car Association. Dropping track temps forced race officials to suspend Saturday evening eliminations until Sunday.

The Precision Turbo Pro Modified division got in their first round, and it was Drag Illustrated World Series of Pro Modified winner Mike Bowman belting out low elapsed time of the first round with a 5.745.

Drag Radial superstar Mark Woodruff not only laid down low elapsed time of eighth-mile qualifying (3.961) but also won the first round.

Still to run today for their first round is 275 Radial, Outlaw 8.5 and a score of other classes.

Rachel Yee won the unofficial wheelstand competition in 275 Radial qualifying.
