Texan nitro pilot Kebin Kinsley will be a busy boy this weekend as the Best of Texas BBQ Sauce Funny Car Chaos Championship tour kicks off at North Star Dragway, presented by Red Line Shirt Club. Kinsley will be competing in the Funny Car Chaos program driving Howard & Shane Farris' "War Wagon" (an ex. Bob Tasca Ford Mustang).

 

Atop of debuting this new fuel flopper in the Chaos series, Kinsley and the Hennen Motorsports Top Fuel team will be in attendance making some test passes in preparation for their season debut at the Mopar Express Lane NHRA SpringNationals in Houston in April. With new parts and pieces and tuning assistance from David Kirkland, the Hennen Motorsports team is gearing up for a successful part-time season in the 2019 Top Fuel category.

 

"It's going to be an awesome weekend for sure," says Kinsley. "Both these teams have been putting in tons of work to get ready for this year. Howard and Shane have a very nice funny car they've given me the opportunity to drive and we're excited to have some fun this weekend at Funny Car Chaos. Roger Hennen and the boys at the Top Fuel shop are pumped up for sure. We've got a lot of new parts and pieces and need to get some good data before we head to Houston next month. North Star Dragway is a great facility and we're all looking forward to a busy weekend in front of all our hometown fans and friends."
