Jim Dunn Racing will have the Hubert’s Lemonade Funny Car on display at the Menards store in the Chicago suburb of Matteson, IL (21630 South Cicero Ave., Matteson, IL 60443) this Thursday, July 6 from 4:00-6:00pm.

Race fans attending the store display will be treated to an autograph session with driver, Jim Campbell, and a sampling of Hubert’s Lemonade flavors that are retailed in all Menards stores.  

Team Manager John Dunn expressed excitement about bringing the Hubert’s Lemonade Funny Car back to the Chicago market. 

“We had a great race at the Joliet track last year with Hubert’s Lemonade.  The Menards store appearances are always fun, and when you are handing out lemonade samples you make friends with everyone walking in the store.  The team is also excited following our improved performance at the recent NHRA national event in Norwalk, Ohio. We made three consistent 300+ mph runs, and will be looking to continue that streak and add some round wins to push us back into the Top 10 in points.”   

The Funny Car team will then compete in this weekend’s NHRA national event at Route 66 Raceway, July 7-9.  Fans can follow the team on Facebook at @JimDunnRacing, and watch the Fox Sports broadcasts on FS1 throughout the race.
