During the final round of qualifying at the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis, Pro Mod driver Chad Green of Midland, Texas experienced an on-track incident when his 2019 Camaro made contact with the wall as it rolled before coming to a stop. 

Green was alert and awake. He was transported for further evaluation.
