RAIN DELAYS KENNEDALE EVENT UNTIL 2007

ADRL officials have pulled the plug in Kennedale.  The final three rounds of eliminations will be completed at the Winter Drags in February 2007. Due to ongoing contract negotiations, the exact location of that event in not available at this time.

Following two attempts in two days 
to complete the rain-plagued second day of the GetWorkComp.com World 
Finals at Texas Raceway, FLOWMASTER American Drag Racing League 
officials announced Sunday that the event's remaining eliminations 
races would be postponed until 2007.

The event will be completed at the opening race of the ADRL's 2007 
season, picking up with the quarterfinals in both the Pro Extreme and 
Pro Nitrous classes.

The ADRL plans to announce its full 2007 schedule, including final 
dates and venues, in the coming weeks.
Friday at Texas Raceway, the ADRL completed its 2006 season with the 
second annual Battle for the Belts championship eliminators. Bubba 
Stanton (Pro Extreme) and Keith Baker (Pro Nitrous) finished as the 
2006 ADRL world champions in their respective classes.
