According to the report,
Dunkin’ Donuts will bring their 50-foot mobile unit to the events. This unit is
expected to sell coffee, iced coffee and other food products.
The program was brokered
by Kansas City-based Forward Sports Marketing and selected these events because
of the NHRA’s ownership made negotiating retail rights easier. Adding further
value to the program is Dunkin’ Donuts desire to further market their product
within the southeastern
Further aiding the deal to fruition was the relationship between the team’s crew chief Lee Beard and Doug Rainey, director of operations and new business development for Dunkin’ Brands.
The second-generation Beard is expected to run an A/Fuel Dragster during the two events.
An official announcement
from the team, according to a source, is expected to come this week.
