“We are in a federal lawsuit for breach of contract,” Carrier said. “Filed in Brownsburg, Indiana – in federal court. Bad check writing, not paying bills and a lot of stuff.”

Carrier alleges in his suit that Griffin never purchased the race team yet took delivery of the equipment.

“He released the driver and the sponsors,” Carrier added. “He left a lot of people unpaid. I can’t release anything in detail, but everything I’ve spoken is included in the lawsuit.”

Torco’s CompetitionPlus.com’s attempts to reach Griffin for comment were unsuccessful.
