Can someone please tell us why former Cleveland Cavalier Larry Nance’s Cobalt had two different oil company logos on the hood scoop and front fender?
A few days ago we posted a message wondering why Larry Nance’s Pro Stock Cobalt was sporting the two different oil company logos you see here.  We’ve since learned that in the thrash to get to  the line for a qualifying session Nance had borrowed a spare hood scoop from Ron Krisher’s Valvoline-backed Chevy.  Nance’s buddy Mark Pawuk (who loaned Nance his rig for the Norwalk weekend) was working feverishly to get the scoop properly mounted before the car had to get to staging and didn’t have enough time to remove the “offending” Valvoline decal.
