In addition to their Top Fuel relationship with Pritchett and Dote, Gumout will expand its marketing partnership with NHRA and again support the NHRA sportsman racers with its NHRA Gumout Contingency program.

“We are expanding our company’s participation in the NHRA Top Fuel class with Leah Pritchett and the Dote Racing organization in 2015,” said Rusty Waples, Global Group Brand Manager at ITW Global Brands. “We look forward to a strong season of racing with the Dote team and are very happy to see our relationship with Leah grow. This past year, Leah and Dote were key in helping us connect with our Gumout retailers and customers as well as NHRA fans.”

Pritchett, 26, is wrapping up her second season in the NHRA Top Fuel division and feels she and Dote Racing will be prepared to contend for a spot in the NHRA’s version of the post season – The Countdown to the Championship.

“We keep growing here as a team and with Gumout returning and stepping up, I’m already seeing 2015 as a big year,” said Pritchett, 2010 NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Champion in Nitro Funny Car. “I’m looking at the top-10 and feeling like, with the improvements we are making and where we have come from last year to this year that putting the Gumout dragster in The Countdown is very real.  It’s definitely our #1 goal.”
