Last season, Nobile drove a Dodge Avenger and was teammates with Allen Johnson and Jeg Coughlin,  who was the 2013 season champion.

Nobile said he is having a 2014 Camaro built and he hopes to debut it at the season-opening Winternationals Feb. 6-9 in Pomona, Calif.

According to Nobile, his team will once again be sponsored by Mountain View Tire and Nick and Irene Mitsos. Nobile added NAPA Auto Parts and Valvoline also will remain as major associate sponsors.

This past season,  Nobile finished ninth in the point standings, highlighted by three wins.

Those results, however,  didn't satisfy Nobile.

"The 2013 season didn't go as planned," Nobile, 22, said. "I can't complain with three race wins, but finishing ninth for the season just isn't what we had in mind. We struggled during the Countdown which is obviously the most important time to shine. Unfortunately,  we didn't do as well as a team,  but we are ready to start the 2014 season on a good note and finish on an even better note."
