Santo Rapisarda fields two separate Top Fuel operations, one in his native Australia and the one with which NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series fans are most familiar.
 
But late next month, he just might mix the two and bring Larry Dixon, his American driver, to Willowbank Raceway for the Santo's Cranes Super 3 Extreme Drag Race, a pair of stand-alone Easter-weekend events at the Queensland track.
 
"The promoter wants Larry," Rapisarda said during this weekend's Arizona Nationals at Firebird International Raceway near Phoenix.

He said he and Dixon "discussed it the other night."
 
Said the Sydney-based crane-company owner and race-team boss, "We might take him over before Easter and he flies back straight away for Las Vegas."
 
That would mean Dixon would be back for the April 5-7 SummitRacing.com NHRA Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
 
Rapisarda is sponsor of the March 29 and 30 events at Willowbank Raceway.
