Since he and his son have split up, Dale Sr. wants to re-make his race team. Re-making the team includes a new driver, new tuner and new body. By the way, the body is a new Cadillac CTS!!!

This car is flat out gorgeous and was penned by renowned artist, John Bell. Its design evokes the memories of the beautiful Funny Cars of the 70s…think Pisano-Matsubara Monza.

Dale believes that Cadillac’s aerodynamic design of the CTS can compete with bodies of the Funny Cars today and would like to prove that to the world, at over 320 m.p.h.! Given the nostalgia drag racing craze, the fans will go bonkers for this car! It is truly a sponsor’s dream.

Creasy says he’d like to have it done in time for Joliet.
