RACE INDUSTRY WEEK GROWS IN CONJUNCTION WITH PRI
The three biggest business days of racing continues to grow bigger and better as this year’s “Race Industry Week” is scheduled to include more than 35 special events to be held in conjunction with the 2012 PRI Trade Show, as racing’s elite gather to not only acquire the latest racing technology, but also to share insight into implementing that technology and knowledge throughout the racing industry.
Eight major events will take place in conjunction with this year’s PRI Trade Show, which will run Nov. 29 – Dec.1 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando.
The Advanced Engineering and Technology Conference (AETC), the International Council of Motorsports Sciences (ICMS) Congress, Claude Rouelle’s famed OptimumG Vehicle Dynamics & Data Acquisition seminar and EFI University, with its Seminar On Electronic Fuel Injection for Performance and Racing Applications, all return to Race Industry Week again this year.
They will be joined by the three newest additions to the program, “Winning The eRace - Digital Marketing Conference For Racing Businesses, the “Winning Setup Strategies For Dirt Late Models” chassis seminar being organized by Dick Berggren and Karl Fredrickson, of Speedway Illustrated magazine, and the Race Track Business Conference. In addition, the popular Industry Roundtable will return, but in a new time and format for 2012 with a focus on “The Racing Parts Business—2013.”
“The PRI Trade Show has gone beyond being an event that solely exchanges hardware and technology to one that also a free-flowing exchange of ideas and knowledge from some of the most creative and knowledgeable minds in motorsports,” said John Kilroy, PRI Trade Show producer. “Race Industry Week allows suppliers and customers to come together and not only sell and purchase the latest innovations, but to better learn how to apply the technology that’s going to make you successful.”
Race Industry Week kicks off Monday, November 26 with the AETC and OptimumG Vehicle Dynamics & Data Acquisition seminar. Both are three-day events that run through Wednesday, November 28.
The ICMS Congress will run November 28-29, while “Winning The eRace” - Digital Marketing Conference For Racing Businesses; the Race Track Business Conference Presented by National Speedway Directory; and the EFI University XFI Training course are all one-day events scheduled for Nov. 28.
