MSD PROMOTES KAREN SERVER TO VP OF ADMINISTRATION

97Russell Stephens, president of MSD, announced that Karen Server has been promoted to Vice President of Administration. Ms. Server brings 20 years of experience with MSD to her new role during which time she has held a variety of administrative positions including Assistant Office Manager, Office Manager, Manager of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources. In her new position, Karen will be responsible for managing all legal, human resources and compliance activities as well as being Corporate Secretary for MSD, Racepak and Powerteq.

Ms. Server holds a BS in Education from New Mexico State University and has completed numerous human resource continuing education courses. She lives in El Paso and is active in her church.

Russell Stephens, president of MSD, noted that "Karen has been a key member of our management team and we are fortunate to have such a talented and dedicated person in this position to help support our continued growth."
