HAGAN EARNS DRAG BOAT LICENSE

Three days of boat drags during the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce [Texas] hosted Lakefest event will be highlighted by a racer commonly found on land.

After two successful passes in Randy Benson’s Pro Modified boat on Friday, Matt Hagan scored a passing grade in his driver's test.
 
If you would like to watch Hagan compete there are two days left for this event.

Gates open at 7:00am Saturday, with qualifications beginning at 8:00am for Sportsman classes and 11:00am for the first round of the Pro Classes. Lucas Oil Drag Boat Series classes making time trial runs include Top Fuel Hydro, Top Alcohol Hydro, Top Alcohol Flat, Pro Modified, Pro Competition Eliminator, Pro Eliminator, Top Eliminator, Stock Eliminator, River Racer, plus two Personal Watercraft classes.

After qualifying, spectators and current racers are invited to join the Hot Boat Racer’s Reunion, where serious bench racing goes on.

Sunday again has gates opening at 7:00am, with opening ceremonies beginning at 11:00am, and final eliminations starting at high noon.
