DOORSLAMMER INVITEES REVEALED FOR NIGHT UNDER FIRE

Race officials have announced the six-car doorslammer shootout scheduled the participate in the Auto Plus Night Under Fire this weekend at Summit Racing Equipment Raceway Park in Norwalk.

Those drivers include recent NHRA Summit Nationals runner-up Dave Roemer, Bill Lutz, Larry Higgenbottom, David Leventz, John Hines and newcomer to doorslammer racing Dana Glick.

Glick, who races in the Top Sportsman division, has eyes on a career in Pro Modified.

“We are truly blessed to be invited to this premier event, particularly with as new as the car is,” said Glick. “With Scott Braskett power and tuning, a good car, I think we can be competitive in Top Sportsman next season. Being invited to  the AUTO PLUS NIGHT UNDER FIRE is absolutely a highlight of my career to this point, and we’re very grateful to the Baders and their staff for this opportunity.”
