The 1963 LeeBoy Equipment Corvette, powered by Torco Race Fuels will make its first public appearance at the Performance Racing Industry Show. The PRI is the world’s largest racing trade show featuring the latest in motorsports technology from 1,400 companies in 1,000,000-square-foot exhibit hall.

LeeBoy Equipment clients, employees and distributors got a sneak peak at the Quain Stott Drag Racing hot rod in November at their open house. The car will  be displayed at the Mickey Thompson Tires booth (#1769).

Stott, having just accepted his 2006 Torco Pro Modified Championship, won't wait long to begin defending his title. Stott and his crew are expected to test the new ride after the PRI show before returning home. "I guess you could say the 2007 season began when the IHRA Banquet ended," Stott explained. "We'll put a lot of laps on this car before San Antonio rolls around. It will be here before anyone knows it. It's going to be tough from the opening of the season, so we'll spend a lot of time preparing and testing this winter."
