Evan Knoll may have many irons in the fire when it comes to business and racer sponsorships, but the one thing that grabs his heart the most has nothing to do with either. Knoll spent several hours yesterday serving up food for hundreds around his hometown that are less fortunate. He provided them with a memorable Thanksgiving dinner.

"It touches your heart and it never lets it go," Knoll said. "I know. I've been on that side before. It's all about giving back a portion of what you've been blessed with. I would recommend that each one in and outside of the racing community try it. You'll never find a more gratifying experience."
