The Quarter Mile Foundation announces “Hustling a Husler”- A Roast and Toast of Bob Vandergriff, Sr., presented by Hedman Husler Hedders and the Quarter Mile Foundation; and sponsored by the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown on Thursday evening, December 8, 2016.

The event will take place following the close of the first day of the Performance Racing Industry Show, in the ballroom of the Marriott Indianapolis Downtown. The event promises to draw many celebrities from the motorsports and performance aftermarket communities.  The “roasters” will be a “Mystery Panel” of “Industry Legends” with long-time connections to NHRA drag racing and the automotive aftermarket – manufacturers, warehouse distributors and manufacturer’s reps.

The event will begin at 6 PM with a cocktail reception, followed by a Beef and Salmon Duet dinner at 7 PM, with the roast and live auction starting at 8 PM in the hotel’s Ballroom on the second floor.  Dress for the event will be Business Casual/Semi-formal, and booth apparel will be very acceptable.

Like previous roasts presented by the Foundation, sponsorship of VIP tables (each seating 10) will be available at $2500 each.  VIP table placements will be nearest to the stage, featuring complimentary red and white wine, logo placements on stage backdrop banner, on the table, in the program, plus mention in all media releases.  Additionally, there will be sponsor acknowledgement from the podium, and logo and company name placement in the event DVD.
 
Reserved tables (seating 10) will be available at $1200 with placement secondary to the VIP Tables, and Individual tickets will be $120 per person, in open seating at the remaining tables. A portion of the ticket price is tax-deductible for U.S. citizens.

Deadline to order tickets will be December 2, 2016, which also must be presented at check-in outside the ballroom in order to enter the event. Please do not forget your tickets or you will miss all the fun!
 
Additionally, the evening will feature a live auction of memorabilia from the stage, plus a silent auction.
                        
The event will offer complimentary coat check to attendees for the evening.  Additionally, there will be affordable cab service to outlying hotels (within a three-mile radius of the Hotel/Convention Center) provided by Yellow Cab, with a $5.00 fare. (negotiated by the Performance Racing Industry Show management).
