Ram clutches proudly announces the availability of eight inch single disc units for classes requiring a single disc clutch, or where a single disc clutch is desirable.  The 28 pound overall weight allows for reduction of rotating mass over conventional 10.5 or 11 inch clutches, and adjustability is unlimited with a 0-1800 static pressure range and centrifugal levers.  The 8 inch clutch is ideal for classes utilizing small block normally aspirated engines such as NMRA Hot Street, Competition eliminator, and NMCA Pro Stock.  The RAM 8 inch clutch will fit in conventional depth bellhousings, but a 7 ½ inch depth with inspection window allows for easier pressure and counterweight changes.  Units are available for GM, Ford, and Chrysler.
