TOTAL SEAL® LAUNCHES NEW LINE OF BREAK-IN OILS


TS Lubricants pradbac9Formulated for Total Seal by DRIVEN Racing Oil, born from Joe Gibbs Racing. These unique lubricants provide the highest levels of zinc and phosphorus for optimum ring seating during that critical initial break-in period. For maximum performance and prolonged ring life, make sure you break-in your engine right with new Total Seal® Break-In Oil.

They feature:

• Additive package promotes superior ring seating while providing maximum protection during initial break-in
• Requires no additional additives
• Compatible with methanol and high-octane race fuels
• Specifically designed for optimum ring seating

Oils Available include:

BR10 BREAK-IN OIL – Exclusively Formulated for TOTAL SEAL®. Viscosity typical of SAE 0W-10.
• For ring break-in on competition engines only
• Should be used in engines that race on 0W-0 to 0W-20 grade oils
• Promotes superior ring seating for maximum compression and horsepower
• Leaves a thin protective film that allows the rings to seat in quickly
• Fully formulated and require no EOS or other additives
• Can be used for up to 2 hours of break-in/dyno time before changing to race oil

BR 30 BREAK-IN OIL – Viscosity typical of SAE 5W-30
• Same formula as original BR and BR10 in a SAE 5W-30 viscosity
• Good for tight clearance and/or low temperature break-in
• Specifically designed for breaking in engines and promoting superior ring seating
• Good for restrictor plate engines, drag race engines, and OEM rebuilds

BR BREAK-IN OIL – Viscosity typical of SAE 15W-50.
• Specifically designed for breaking in engines and promoting superior ring seating
• Fully formulated and require no EOS or other additives
• Can be used for up to 2 hours of break-in/dyno time before changing to race oil

NEW TOTAL SEAL® ASSEMBLY LUBE
• Provides a tenacious yet fluid film to protect reciprocating and rotating components during assembly and initial break-in
• Non-foaming product mixes with break-in oil and extends film thickness during the critical break-in process
• Can be added to regular oil to increase film thickness
• Does not harden or cause parts to become sticky
