HAMBURGER'S BILLET LS ENGINE VALLEY COVER

valleycover displayThe Gen III Series of GM V8s is the culmination of half a century of Chevrolet research and development. With all due respect to The General’s improvements, Hamburger’s Performance Products still found a way to enhance the heralded engine’s performance and appearance with its new Billet LS Engine Valley Cover.

Designed to fit snugly beneath the intake manifold, the high-quality cover fits all Gen III (Non-DoD) engines, and Hamburger’s Billet LS Engine Valley Covers are milled from a solid block of 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum to achieve the tight tolerances and strength only attainable through CNC machining.

The 0.48-inch thick cover can be installed with basic hand tools. And, not only does the underside of the Hamburger’s Billet LS Engine Valley Cover feature wide chamfered edges to ensure adequate intake manifold runner clearance, the reinforcement ribs increase the structural integrity of the engine to reduce flexing of the block when it is bolted in place.

Of course function is only part of the story surrounding Hamburger’s Billet LS Engine Valley Cover; a type two anodized finish spruces up the engine bay with its vibrant red hue that’s sure to get LS owners excited about opening the hood for everyone to admire. By using a design that retains the factory O-ring, there is no need to order some obscure, special seal, in the instance the OEM seal is damaged during service.

Hamburger’s LS Engine Valley Covers are compatible with the factory and most aftermarket intakes, and include stainless steel button socket head screws for mounting.
