The difference between teams who consistently perform well are those that all do their jobs well and without being told what to do and when. The crew is only as good as its weakest link and Tony Schumachers' team is as good as it gets right now, a perfect example. It doesn't hurt to have an efficiently smart crew chief either.

It's a shame some teams spend copious amounts of sponsor money and can't get the job done as well... I wish I had some of what they waste running poorly, i.e. Rockstar,etc... - Steve B.
