Five cautions and a red flag extended the PowerShares QQQ 300 at Daytona International Speedway by 23 laps allowing Tyler Reddick to collect the win by four ten-housands of a second over fellow team mate Elliott Sadler.

Ryan Reed finished third followed by Kaz Grala in fourth and Garrett Smithly fifth.

“This feels amazing,” said Reddick after removing his driver's helmet in victory lane. “That was insane.

“I just saw a picture of it like 10 minutes ago, and it's not much,” added Reddick in the media center. “It's just incredible it worked out that way, and I'm glad that with through teamwork it came down to either me or Elliott that was going to win that race.  He did an outstanding job pushing me on those last couple restarts, getting me out there, and pretty much putting himself in position where he could push me out there, get me out there.  He got himself free, and he was able to get by me and then I was able to get pushed.  It's teamwork at its best.  It was either going to be me winning or him winning, and either way that's a win for Dale and the rest of the team.  I'm just glad it was us winning, and I know it's going to be really tough when we come back to these superspeedways, and I'm just thankful it was me that won.”

With Reddick and Sadler teamed up controlling who would win Reed protected his position for the third-place finish.

“There at the end, we had a good enough car to push,” admitted Reed in his post-race interview.

“It's a tough finish,” stated Sadler when asked to describe his finish. “I think that is three-second place finishes in a row at restrictor place races.”

Despite coming up short at Daytona once again, Sadler found the positives in his ability never to give up despite several issues during the race.

“Oh, yeah, I feel good about fighting back, and I felt good about    I feel like I helped my teammate win essentially because with the restarts and pushing him and trying to get him out front,' stated Elliott. “I know he and I had a long conversation about that today before the race started, about hey, if we get in this position, this is what we need to do, because he hadn't been a part of our team yet.  So I feel good about those things.  As far as teammates are concerned, we all work very close to each other.  It's good to see Tyler and those guys, I've got a lot of friends on the 9 team.  We raced them so close all last year with William.  It's good to see those guys go to Victory Lane. It says a lot for our program.  So I feel good about that.

"But I think personally inside; you come so close, so many times sometimes, you just start wondering, man, when is it going to be my chance to punch the ticket at Daytona.  You've just got to rebound regroup, and I'll take notes of today's race of what I did right and what I did wrong and what I learned about these cars and try to be focused and ready to go when we get to Talladega and this same style of racing. That's all I can do.”
