Travel back in time to the 1976 IHRA Dixie Nationals hosted by the then new Atlanta Dragway in Commerce, Ga. The only downside is the original sound is replaced with music. This 12-minute video features legends such as Bob Glidden, Don Nicholson, Ken Veney, Dale Armstrong as well as a score of others.

When you are challenged to produce positive PR throughout consecutive overwhelming rainy days, and the sun comes out once the race is called, the end result can be one of frustration.
We're not saying John Force Racing's Elon Werner was frustrated following the postponement of the NHRA U.S. Nationals, or maybe out of rain delayed storylines, but he was creative in his generation of publicity on Monday.
