Dale Hall was nothing short of a magician when it came to making a small block Chevrolet work within the unlikely confines of Pro Comp eliminator, the class which predated the Top Alcohol Dragster and Funny Car divisions.

Hall often duked it out with drivers who would later become Hall of Famers; Joe Amato, Ken Veney and Dale Armtrong were just a few of the legends. The drag racing community lost a legend on May 23, 2016, when Hall passed away.
