| Advertising Procedures: Placement of an ad on our site shall be deemed an acceptance by the advertiser of our policies. To cancel a long-standing ad, all cancellations must be in the form of a letter in writing, not e-mail, and will go in effect the next issue that has not began production. Any error in advertising on our behalf will be corrected and the customer will be given a satisfactory compensation for the mistake. On HTML ready ads, it is the Advertiser’s responsibility to take care of any mistakes. Advertising clients will be billed two days before production of the selected advertising issue. Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will be assessed a 1% late fee. In the event that an amount goes into delinquency and is turned over to an attorney, any applicable fees of collection will be the Advertiser’s responsibility. |
